• Lead and grow the Docs engineering team building our developer‑facing documentation platform.
• Co‑create architecture and set technical direction alongside Staff Engineers, writing code at high‑impact spots.
• Own execution, quality and team health across a Type Script/Next.js stack hosted on Vercel.
• Engage directly with customers, gather feedback, and drive product improvements from real‑world developer pain.
• Mentor engineers, hold a high quality bar and help people grow.

• 10+ years in software engineering, preferably in a startup environment.
• Hands‑on with Type Script, Next.js and modern frontend infrastructure.
• Track record of shipping with and through teams, not just managing from a distance.
• Recruitment experience and ability to identify great engineering talent.
• Clear communicator, organized, comfortable with ambiguity and fast decisions.
• Excited to be technically engaged, not just a people manager.

• Familiarity with API development, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in a SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
• Passion for building scalable, performant and operationally sound systems.

Base salary range: $250,000 to $290,000, plus an equity package. Postman offers comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, a monthly lunch stipend, and a donation‑matching program.

Postman practices a flexible schedule; on‑site work is required 5 days a week for roles based at our headquarters and hubs. Remote work is possible for qualifying roles.
