In this position, you’ll be based in one of the above offices for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home for part of your working week. • Lead test analysis, design, implementation, and execution activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and uncover implied risks.
• Perform risk analysis to define optimal test coverage.
• Apply formal test design techniques and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Define test data strategies and environment requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain Playwright automation using Type Script (POM, data‑driven, BDD concepts).
• Enhance and maintain Selenium/Java test suites for legacy applications.
• Execute complex SQL queries for database validation and reconciliation.
• Perform REST and SOAP API testing using Postman or SOAPUI.
• Implement API automation (Playwright preferred).
• Conduct manual, exploratory, regression, and static testing across applications.
• Design and execute performance tests using Neo Load.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage test plans, defects, and execution within Azure Dev Ops.
• Mentor team members and promote quality best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 8+ years of QA or application testing experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on manual testing experience.
• 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven experience leading testing efforts for complex, multi‑tier systems.
• Full SDLC experience including planning, execution, and defect management.
• Playwright automation experience (2+ years).
• Strong Java and JavaScript/Type Script skills (4+ years).
• Azure Dev Ops experience (3+ years).
• Git/Azure Repos familiarity.
• Postman or SOAPUI experience.
• SQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server) experience.
• API and database testing expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The typical base pay range for this role is $83,341.65 – $ for Columbia, MD; $75,404.35 – $ for Charlotte, NC; and $79,373.00 – $ for St Paul, MN.
