Oracle Core Banking & API Integration Engineer

Location:

Remote & Onsite thrice a week – Vienna, VA

Duration:
Long term ongoing with no end date

Compensation: $75/hr to $85/hr (targeted range)

We are looking for a Senior API Developer who is well-versed in Core Banking APIs. Experience with Oracle Core Banking or Temenos Core Banking products is highly preferred.

• Configure Oracle Cloud Core Banking services for the banking platform.
• Manage Azure administration (users, groups, SSO, and access control).
• Administer Azure and Oracle cloud networking.
• Automate configuration deployments using Azure Dev Ops and Power Shell.
• Develop workflows and manage projects in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create Postman collections for core banking APIs.
• Integrate Mule Soft and Oracle APIs with mTLS security.
• Leverage OCI Golden Gate and Azure Data Lake for data solutions.
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and alert capabilities using Oracle Cloud tools and Dynatrace.
• Support disaster‑recovery across Azure, OCI, and on‑prem environments.
• Work with Java, Python, Kafka, and Power Shell scripting.
• Deliver projects in an Agile environment with cross‑functional collaboration.

• Engineering experience required; banking domain experience preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Kafka, and Power Shell.
• Certifications in Azure or Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Relevant experience with Oracle Core Banking or Temenos Core Banking products.
• Ability to work remotely and onsite as required.
