We are building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We are growing our engineering team and looking for a Junior Software Engineer who wants to work across the stack, ship real features, and learn fast in a production environment. This role is hands‑on and impact‑driven. You will work on core product features, analytics surfaces, and backend systems that power workflow intelligence.

• Build and ship product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) systems
• Implement APIs and backend logic that support analytics, reporting, and automation features
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and improve performance
• Build and maintain data‑driven UI components, dashboards, and interactive views
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and senior engineers to move features from idea to production
• Debug, test, and improve existing systems with a focus on reliability and performance

• Experience with React or Next.js and a backend framework such as Django or similar
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web application architecture
• Able to reason about performance, data flow, and system behavior beyond just making things work
• Curious, driven, and willing to take ownership of real features early
• Experience building analytics dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
• Familiarity with SQL, query optimization, or basic data modeling
• Exposure to cloud deployment, CI/CD, or production debugging
• Work on real production systems from day one
• Learn directly from senior engineers and founders in a fast-moving environment
• Build features that turn complex workflow data into usable insights
• Grow quickly through ownership, feedback, and exposure to the full product stack

• Experience with React or Next.js and a backend framework such as Django or similar

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Windows app is critical to capturing performance data and enabling insights across enterprise environments. We’re looking for an experienced Windows app developer to take ownership of development, stability, and deployment, working alongside Denis to scale the platform.

• Lead Windows app development with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross‑environment stability.
• Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, memory usage, and reliability.
• Build for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
• Integrate with backend APIs, and optionally, implement or adjust backend endpoints when needed.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
• Contribute to app architecture, testing, and release processes to ensure smooth updates and deployments.

• Proficient in C# with hands‑on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI).
• Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experienced in enterprise‑managed or MDM‑deployed app environments.
• Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full‑stack communication.
• Detail‑oriented, you care about consistency, reliability, and smooth user experiences across setups.
• Experience with cross‑platform or Electron‑based apps.
• Understanding of Django or other backend frameworks and API design.
• Familiarity with security compliance and enterprise privacy standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Windows apps.
