Oumi is hiring a Head of Field Engineering to build and lead the customer-facing technical function bridging our platform with customer outcomes.
This leader will own strategy and execution across the lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Product, Research, and Engineering to help customers adopt Oumi and scale the team.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in applied AI and 2+ years leading teams, with strong Python and ML deployment experience in fast-moving environments.
