We are seeking a technically gifted and driven Senior Software Developer to join our Health Information Exchange team in Kelowna. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Clinical Data Exchange (CDX) ecosystem, focusing on development of critical tools and services within our on‑prem and cloud‑based environments. You will design, write, and maintain complex custom programs using C# and .NET,

ensuring seamless integration of these applications across the health authority.

  • Undertake complex system development projects from preliminary analysis to post‑implementation review, which includes:
    • Gathering detailed information from users
    • Developing and documenting systems and procedures
    • Detailing hardware and software specifications
    • Preparing detailed implementation plans and schedules
    • Estimating resource requirements
    • Monitoring and reporting implementation progress
    • Conducting post‑implementation reviews

  • Provide support and advice to Business and Clinical Analysts related to the creation and implementation of complex applications, programs and routines.
