Front‑End UI Engineer – Open Talent Pool

Salary: €50,000 - €80,000 | Remote (Spain) | Permanent | Full time | Engineering Team

We’re building technology to modernize insurance distribution. One of our core initiatives, Producerflow, is transforming how carriers manage producer onboarding and compliance for millions of users.

• Ship production features weekly, turning complex insurance processes into intuitive, delightful experiences.
• Own the full feature lifecycle: design collaboration → implementation → production monitoring.
• Build lightning‑fast UIs optimized for accessibility and top‑tier performance.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product using the Vercel AI SDK.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and help teammates level up with AI tools.

• Several years of experience building production React/Next.js applications.
• Strong CSS‑in‑JS or Tailwind skills and a deep understanding of responsive design.
• Proficiency with Type Script and modern build tools.
• Experience shipping user‑facing features at scale.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI coding tools (training provided).

• Vercel AI SDK or LLM integration experience.
• Framer Motion / GSAP for animation.
• Sentry, Data Dog, or other monitoring tools.

• Frontend

  Next.js, React, Type Script, Tailwind, CSS‑in‑JS.
• AI Tools
  :
  Claude Code Max Plan, Cursor, Vercel AI SDK.
• Infra
  :
  Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitoring
  :
  Sentry, Web Vitals, custom dashboards.

• Salary: €50,000 – €80,000 plus equity.
