Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We build web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web Api, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and MS SQL Server.

• Develop testable, bug‑free and scalable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning, architecture, design and specification of web applications.
• Work within a team to deliver projects to a high standard and within defined time‑scales.
• Meet personal and client deliverables on time and within budget.
• Attend daily stand‑up meetings to communicate progress to the team, project manager and stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance to the testing and operations teams.
• Advise and improve the full development lifecycle.
• Keep abreast of new and changing technologies and share findings with the business and educate the team.

• 7 years of varied commercial Microsoft stack development with excellent C#.
• Excellent understanding of object‑oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and fault diagnosis skills.
• Extensive experience building scalable web applications.
• Experience with front‑end web technologies.
• Good knowledge of secure development practices (OWASP).
• Strong team player and individual contributor.
• Flexible and able to adapt readily to changing priorities with a "can do" attitude.

• Experience with Angular 2+ including SPA, Angular CLI, reactive forms, observables, custom validation, package management, transclusion, templates, dynamic component loading and Webpack.
• Type Script.
• CSS with SASS.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle, including technical design, development and quality assurance.
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps using service workers.
• Google Material Design.

This role is focused on requirements gathering, estimations, proposal writing, and delivery management of software solutions.

• Initial scoping meetings with new prospects and existing customers.
• High‑level estimating using story points to provide ball‑park budgets.
• Proposal writing.
• Design workshop detailed requirements gathering.
• Production of low‑level design artefacts (interactive wireframes, activity diagrams, user stories, UAT).
• Liaise with solution architects and development leads to align proposed and delivered solutions.
• Design costing and liaise with architects to ensure accurate costing and feasible timescales.
• Design handover to development team for effective iterative delivery.
• Project design lead and project delivery management monitoring progress and quality.
• Project risk evaluation and propelling mitigation plans.
• Project change management traceability and estimating.
• Stakeholder review meeting facilitation.
• Stakeholder UAT facilitation.
• Project wrap‑up and lessons learned facilitation.

At least 5 years of business and/or systems analysis across diverse projects and industries.
