Groovy Grails Developer

Our client is seeking a Groovy on Grails developer to assist with hands‑on development and maintenance of client‑facing applications. The ideal candidate should enjoy daily problem‑solving of software challenges, be open to learning new technologies, and thrive in a collaborative team environment as they gather requirements and implement technical solutions.

• 1–3 years of total development experience with Groovy and Grails and familiarity with complementary development frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of creation and consumption of APIs and web services.
• Ability to write clean and well‑documented code.
• Willingness to participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality.
• Experience with source control software.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug test.

• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Contribute to technical solution design and implementation.
• Participate in code reviews.

Contract position based in High Point, NC. The pay range is $27.84–$38.53 per hour. The role requires onsite work in Greensboro, NC. Application materials should be in Microsoft Word format and include annual W2 salary expectations.
