Upstart is seeking a Director, Software Engineering, Mobile Platform to lead and scale its mobile platform organization. You will shape the mobile strategy as the majority of user interactions occur on mobile, including a new mobile-only product like Cash Line.
You’ll ensure the platform supports current and future products with a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate with Product, Legal & Compliance, UX/UI, Data Analytics, and Loan Product teams to refine scope and structure.
