Mulesoft Senior Developer

Open Aligned, a Mulesoft delivery and enablement organization, is seeking a Sr. Mulesoft Developer to work with and learn the latest Mulesoft technologies and development techniques. We deliver the most modern Mulesoft solutions to our clients and are inviting Mule Experts to work with our team.

The role offers partial remote work with occasional travel (all expenses paid) to client sites working with our delivery teams. The Sr. Developer will be involved in the design, construction and testing of new Mulesoft implementations delivering the latest in Mulesoft technologies.

• Work with Agile teams to implement services per agreed Sprint schedules.
• Install/Configure Anypoint platform and Mule runtimes.
• Ensure that the developed services adhere to architectural best practices and guidelines.
• Conduct manual testing for implemented solutions, and remediate issues.
• Deploy to pre-production environments and assist with production deployment.
• Provide SIT and post go-live support.

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with Mulesoft technologies.
• Minimum of 8 years overall software development experience.
• 5 years core Java development experience.
• Mulesoft Certified, Mulesoft Fundamentals, Advanced is highly preferred.
• Experience with Mulesoft 4.
• MUnit or other frameworks for writing automated tests for Mule.
• Experience publishing and or consuming content/code to Mulesoft Exchange.
• RAML/APIKit experience.
• Data Weave experience.

• Provide solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation.
• Provide technology assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
• Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
• Collaborate with the customer's operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization, and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture, and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
