KnowBe4 is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead its Platform Services group. This position is fully remote for applicants within the US. The manager will be responsible for leading a team that supports critical infrastructure used by product teams.
The role will include overseeing high-throughput email delivery services, event-driven architecture, and managing AWS messaging stacks for optimal performance and delivery reliability. A background in leadership and technical depth in backend engineering is required, along with experience in coaching engineers.
