So, what’s the role all about?Advanced Services is a multi-skilled global team responsible for value-added services and product customization. We work on customized solutions on NICE products for global customers, and you will join as a core member of the Advanced Services development team. If you are passionate about great software development and care about the quality of your work, you should join our team.
How will you make an impact?- Design and develop quality, proficient and enterprise-grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements.
- Work as part of the development team towards the application in an aggressive deadline.
- Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards.
- Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.
- Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members.
- Fix bugs and maintain enterprise-grade quality.
- Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components.
- Proactively contribute to process improvement activities.
- Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing.
- 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong experience in development on the Windows ecosystem, using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI).
- Knowledge of implementing service-to-service communication using WCF, sockets, and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of MVC, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
- Experience with developing highly scalable, multi-user, multi-threaded, secured enterprise-grade applications.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with very good English.
- Hands‑on development required.
- Telephony experience.
- Experience working on AWS/Cloud Computing/Azure development and integration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technology such as VMWare.
- Experience with protocol analysis and Wireshark tracing.
- Experience with VoIP, digital audio/RSTP, video transcoding.
- CCaaS & Telecom knowledge.
