Advanced Services is a multi-skilled global team responsible for value-added services and product customization. We work on customized solutions on NICE products for global customers, and you will join as a core member of the Advanced Services development team. • Design and develop quality, proficient and enterprise-grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements.
• Work as part of the development team towards the application in an aggressive deadline.
• Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards.
• Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.
• Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members.
• Fix bugs and maintain enterprise-grade quality.
• Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components.
• Proactively contribute to process improvement activities.
• Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing.

• 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience in development on the Windows ecosystem, using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI).
• Knowledge of implementing service-to-service communication using WCF, sockets, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of MVC, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
• Experience with developing highly scalable, multi-user, multi-threaded, secured enterprise-grade applications.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with very good English.
• Hands‑on development required.
• Telephony experience.

• Experience working on AWS/Cloud Computing/Azure development and integration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technology such as VMWare.
• Experience with protocol analysis and Wireshark tracing.
• Experience with VoIP, digital audio/RSTP, video transcoding.
• CCaaS & Telecom knowledge.
