NiCE is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join NiCE Labs Research (NLR). You will own the evaluation and optimization of speech-oriented AI models, covering real-time transcription and speech-to-speech systems across languages.
This role focuses on rigorous measurement, test suites, and actionable model recommendations. You will monitor the evolving speech AI landscape, design and maintain a speech-oriented test suite, and develop techniques to optimize model usage for deployment.
