As a Software Engineer specializing in Dialogflow, you will develop intelligent conversational agents to enhance user interactions. You will translate complex business requirements into seamless natural‑language experiences, ensuring high‑quality communication across multiple digital channels.

What You'll Do

Design and develop production‑grade conversational agents using Google Dialogflow.
Create and manage complex intent models, entities, and conversational flows to ensure accurate NLU performance.
Implement fulfillment logic and webhooks to integrate bots with backend systems and APIs.
Orchestrate multi‑channel deployments to provide a consistent experience across web, mobile, and voice.
Optimize agent performance through continuous monitoring, log analysis, and intent refinement.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Conversational AI or Chatbots.
Proven expertise in developing conversational agents using Google Dialogflow.
Proficiency in designing intent models and managing fulfillment webhooks.
Hands‑on experience with NLU and multi‑channel conversational deployments.
Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform services related to AI and Voice.
Advanced proficiency in English.
