Job Description & How to Apply Below

Innocuous AI, a B2B SaaS cloud platform, is offering a year‑round, remote Website Development Internship for college students. The internship is flexible in hours, is not limited to business hours or the summer season, and is unpaid. Applicants should be specifically interested in front‑end engineering and website development for startups and entrepreneurship.

Internship Overview

The internship/fellowship provides hands‑on experience developing a mobile‑responsive website using Webflow. Ideal interns will have a strong sense of design and user flow, and may assist with UI/UX for the actual platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design, prototype, and build a mobile‑responsive website using Webflow.
  • Assist with user‑flow design and UI/UX improvements on the platform.
  • Participate in Ask‑Me‑Anything (AMA) sessions with the CEO and in educational discussions on startup business issues.
Learning & Mentorship

Interns will work directly with Regina Jaslow, Co‑Founder & CEO of Innocuous AI, and learn from the co‑founders who have:

  • Been selected as the #1 pick by the Managing Director of Launch Ventures for startup most likely to raise $1 million in seed funding.
  • Finalist at pitch competitions hosted by Panoramic Ventures and Code Fi.
  • 2 × successful exits as co‑founders.
  • Previously served as Chief Revenue Officer of a health‑tech startup, tripling market share in two years.
  • Later led marketing at a venture‑backed startup that won Startup of the Year at CES.
Eligibility & Diversity
  • College students with a background or strong interest in front‑end engineering, website development, or UI/UX.
  • Applicants who have sufficient time for a meaningful impact during the internship.
  • Flexible schedule and remote work.
  • Diverse candidates are encouraged: BIPOC, female, people with disabilities (disclosure voluntary).
  • Unpaid internship.
  • Current internship cohort has 100 % non‑white participants.
Application Process

Submit an application that includes: why you are interested, your intended major, long‑term career aspiration, available hours and schedule, and desired start and end dates. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in website development, front‑end engineering, or UI/UX, and those who can dedicate sufficient time.

If selected and you perform well, the CEO will provide a recommendation letter or serve as a reference when needed.
