Senior Software Engineer
Job OverviewGlia Cell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a U.S. Government contract. This full‑time role provides technical expertise in supporting and sustaining mission‑related software and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems such as processing‑intensive analytics, novel algorithms, handling large data sets, real‑time systems, and business management information systems.
- Work individually or as part of a team to meet documented requirements.
- Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
- Resolve software problem reports.
- Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies.
- Contribute specific input to system design including hardware/software trade‑offs, software reuse, and use of COTS/GOTS.
- Analyze and synthesize requirements from system level to individual components.
- Active or re‑instatable TS/SCI clearance with polygraph security clearance.
- At least 14 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- AWS Machine Learning certificate or experience implementing production‑scale AI/ML solutions.
- Knowledge of AI tools and deep learning model development.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and GROK.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts.

Salary RangeThe salary range for this full‑time position is $170,000 to $260,000. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Salary within the range is determined by individual benefits package selection.
