Overview

Google is looking for a Software Engineer in Atlanta, USA. The role involves designing, building and maintaining large‑scale systems across multiple domains such as cloud, networking, AI, data, UI, and mobile.

Base salary: $133,000 – $194,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

• Write high‑quality, maintainable feature code.
• Participate in or lead code reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review other developers’ code and provide constructive feedback to maintain best practices.
• Contribute to documentation and instructional material for product updates.
• Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or feature issues.
• Design, develop, scale, test, deploy, monitor and improve software solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience improving software in one or more programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience with large‑scale infrastructure, networking, cloud, storage, or hardware architecture is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a technical field.
• Experience building and scaling massive‑scale infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI, NLP, UI/UX, or mobile development.
