We’re looking for a Senior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you’ll join a small, hands‑on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.

Our environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization
.

• Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)
• Operate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint
• Drive automation (Terraform, scripting)
• Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security
• Improve CI/CD and monitoring
• Collaborate closely on architecture decisions

• 5+ years in infra engineering
• Strong Microsoft environment expertise
• Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools
• Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus
• Interest in containers & modernization
• Ownership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team

, pay is determined based on role impact, experience, skills and internal fairness.

In addition to the base salary, our package includes:

• Only roles that can be performed from an alternative work location are eligible for occasional remote work. In that case, working from home is allowed for up to a maximum of two days.
