Your Opportunity
As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will shape the digital experience of our marketing website, enabling seamless interaction for prospects and customers.
Your Responsibilities- Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
- Implement responsive design principles to optimize performance across devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes; ensure cross-browser compatibility and web standards compliance.
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, minimizing page load times and enhancing responsiveness.
- Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend web development, strong proficiency in Webflow.
- Strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
- Analytical mindset and hands‑on experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar).
- Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people‑management software a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred.
