Hey — Let's find your next opportunity
We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. A key part of that vision is Reflow AI, agentic, automation‑focused intelligence that adapts to how people actually work.
AI DeveloperWe’re looking for an AI developer who can experiment fast, optimize intelligently, and help us push the boundaries of AI‑assisted performance.
What you’ll do- Develop, optimize, and maintain agentic AI pipelines for automation and workflow intelligence.
- Experiment with prompt engineering, context tuning, and model orchestration to improve performance and adaptability.
- Work with vector databases, RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation), and related frameworks for contextual intelligence.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate AI systems into real‑world workflows.
- Continuously refine and improve models through experimentation, data feedback, and iterative development.
- Strong foundation in Python, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
- Experienced in prompt engineering, context optimization, and AI pipeline design.
- Comfortable building fast prototypes and testing model behavior in varied, complex contexts.
- Curious, pragmatic, and unafraid to experiment, you turn uncertainty into working systems.

We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Windows app is critical to capturing performance data and enabling insights across enterprise environments. We’re looking for an experienced Windows app developer to take ownership of development, stability, and deployment, working alongside Denis to scale the platform.
What you’ll do- Lead Windows app development with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross‑environment stability.
- Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, memory usage, and reliability.
- Build for managed and restricted enterprise environments using MDM tools and deployment best practices.
- Integrate with backend APIs, and optionally, implement or adjust backend endpoints when needed.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.
- Contribute to app architecture, testing, and release processes to ensure smooth updates and deployments.
- Proficient in C# with hands‑on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI).
- Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experienced in enterprise‑managed or MDM‑deployed app environments.
- Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full‑stack communication.
- Detail‑oriented, you care about consistency, reliability, and smooth user experiences across setups.
- Experience with cross‑platform or Electron‑based apps.
- Understanding of Django or other backend frameworks and API design.
- Familiarity with security compliance and enterprise privacy standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Windows apps.
You’ll own a key product surface, the Windows app that powers Reflow’s data collection and user insights. You’ll work closely with the core team, improving performance, reliability, and the developer experience across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine craftsmanship with real impact.
Lead Mac DeveloperWe’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. Our Mac app is at the center of it all: capturing rich data, delivering coaching, and powering insights. We’re looking for a senior Mac developer to take ownership of our macOS app, drive technical excellence, and help shape the foundation of our platform.
Whatyou’ll do
- Lead macOS app development, architecture, performance, deployment, and long‑term scalability.
- Own the quality bar: profiling, debugging, optimizing for speed and stability.
- Ensure compatibility across managed environments, including MDM and restricted…
