Service Now FSM Developer
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services sector, is seeking a Service Now FSM Developer to join their team. As a Service Now FSM Developer, you will be part of the IT Solutions department supporting the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability.
Location:
Vienna, VA/Remote (EST VA area)
What's the Job?
- Design and develop Service Now FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Agent/Dispatcher Workspace
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts to meet enterprise standards
- Customize FSM modules such as Service Territories, Capacity & Scheduling, and Work Order Tasks
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server
- Support mobile configuration and offline capabilities for field agents, ensuring seamless user experience
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of Service Now development experience with hands-on expertise in FSM modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
- Experience with Service Now platform components such as Incident, CMDB, and Asset (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and adherence to best practices for platform development
