Embedded C++ Developer Remote

We are seeking an experienced Embedded C++ Developer with strong expertise in embedded firmware driver development, PC-to-controller communication, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing software drivers, embedded test environments, and automation tools that integrate hardware, firmware, and software systems. This role requires strong programming skills in C++, C, Java, Python, and C# along with experience working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and automation platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in embedded software development, test automation, or related engineering roles.
Strong experience with C++ coding and embedded firmware driver development.
Hands-on experience developing PC-to-controller communication drivers.
Experience working with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and hardware/software integration.
Proficiency in programming languages including C++, C, Python, Java, and C#.
Experience developing and maintaining embedded firmware test automation environments.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and QA engineering practices.
Experience with GUI application development using Java.
Experience developing C++ based DLLs and communication tools.
Experience creating drivers using C++, C#, or Java for communication between PCs and embedded controllers.
Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
Experience integrating automation tools with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and cloud platforms like AWS.
Strong troubleshooting skills with firmware, software, and hardware interactions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
