This role is responsible for creating scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve data accessibility, and support digital transformation initiatives. This is an ideal position for a developer who enjoys balancing strategy and hands-on coding, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited by opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to solve real-world business problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define technical requirements for web, mobile, CRM, and AI-based solutions.
• Design scalable system architecture spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, full-stack applications, and Azure cloud services.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#,.NET, and Angular.
• Design, build, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions including plugins, workflows and Dataverse extensions.
• Develop automation workflows, dashboards, and business processes within CRM systems.
• Demonstrate ownership, across the full software lifecycle, from design to production support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (workflows, plugins, Dataverse customization).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with C#,.NET development, RESTful API design and integration, Angular (or comparable modern front-end framework), SQL Server (querying, performance tuning, database design), and Azure Dev Ops (pipelines, repos, release management).
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure including Azure Functions.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD automation and multi-environment deployment strategies (development, testing, staging, production).
• Demonstrated experience with Azure identity and access management (Azure AD, OAuth, role-based access control).
• Up to 25% business travel is required, including overnights and weekends.

The salary for this position is $146,297.

Workstation Options:

• Home Office (Contiguous U.S.):
  Eligible if within 100 miles of a major airport and has sufficient internet bandwidth and mobile phone service.

  Workstations available at 2610 University Ave W, with free parking and access to the Green Line Light Rail (Westgate Station).
