Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Solution Architect & Developer with extensive experience driving innovative technology solutions and leading complex projects across domains such as Investment Banking, Global Market Data, Securities Finance, and Foreign Exchange. The role requires bridging business vision with pragmatic, open-source technology to deliver scalable, low-latency, high-performance, cloud-native, secure enterprise solutions. Cloud hybrid experience and digital transformation initiatives in Investment Banking are preferred.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model.
- Provide governance, planning, and budgeting for multiple concurrent projects.
- Implement governance and controls to manage intake, prioritization, and status communication.
- Collaborate with business application development, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain platform lifecycle roadmaps as part of governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Microservice/RESTful API based application development using full-stack technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, MERN stack).
- Public cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) from infrastructure provisioning to application deployment and observability.
- Low latency system design and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML data science techniques (Python libraries).
- Big Data analytics experience (Databricks / Snowflake / Hadoop).
- Working knowledge of Agile / Kanban SDLC methodologies.
- At least 2 years of BFSI domain experience.
- Extensive experience with Java, Python, React, jQuery, Node.js, Spark, Spring Frameworks, Kafka, MQ, PLSQL, APIs, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Git Hub Copilot, LLM application development, RAG, Lang Chain, MLOps, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years of related work experience.
- Hybrid work model available; balance work-from-home and office as required.
