With over 8K software engineers, the Software Engineering Tools Team (SwEET) provides services that enable them to work in a faster, more agile way that increases productivity and innovation. Our goal is not only to provide professional Dev Ops support but develop new solutions, plugged into our tools ecosystem and creating an internal application market for Motorola Solutions Inc.

With over 8000 software engineers, the IT Software Engineering Tools Team (SwEET) provides services that enable them to work in a faster, more efficient way that increases productivity and innovation. Our goal is not only to provide professional support but develop new solutions, plugged into our tools ecosystem and creating an internal application market for MSI.

As a member of this team, the candidate will:

• Be part of the team developing new internal portals (React, Python), offering cloud and network self‑management services for end users
• Develop integration modules
• Assist with the evaluation of new tools
• Develop in a modern, cloud environment (AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda Functions, etc.)
• Learn Dev Ops and different cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Programming skills in JavaScript (React) and Python
• Understanding of RESTful programming, JSON
• Good verbal and written communication skills
