• If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role is hybrid (in-office at least 60% of the work week; remainder from home).

• If you live more than 50 miles from Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role is remote (work from home). Occasional in-office presence may be requested with advance notice.

• Advanced customization and extension of the platform
• Workflow and process automation within the platform
• Integration with external systems and APIs, SSO
• Performance tuning for specific platforms
• Utilization of advanced modules or extensions
• Design, test, develop, configure, and maintain integrations to the platform’s applications
• Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
• Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, and debugging
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses and technical proposals
• Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
• Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, and maintain platform applications to meet company requirements
• Perform other duties as required

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Two or more years of experience in release practices and environments or related experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• The salary range is $78,000-$115,000. This range reflects factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation.
