Fountain is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product, from research to production-ready interfaces. You will balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to deliver a category-defining CRM that measurably improves hiring outcomes.
You will collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, CS, and Data teams, work with AI-enabled surfaces including Cue, and operate with 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time in a fully remote role.
