Mutual of Omaha is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer II/III to own call routing flows, queues, and integrations in a remote role. You will build serverless Node.js/Type Script services with AWS Lambda, CDK, S3, and DynamoDB to power scalable contact center solutions.
You'll help modernize platforms, contribute to a Vue.js/Nuxt.js admin interface, and implement automated tests and CI/CD practices.
