Location: Town of Poland
Principal Fullstack Developer (.NET And Angular) (Fintech):
Leading modernization and integration of existing processes into a web-based product using C#/.NET, Angular, and Power Shell with an accent on software architecture, Dev Ops automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Focus on designing maintainable solutions, driving technical decisions, and mentoring development teams.
Location: Warsaw with a hybrid work model requiring office presence two days per week and remote work on other days.

What you will do- Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing of fullstack solutions.
- Modernize and integrate existing automation scripts into maintainable .NET services.
- Define API contracts, job orchestration, and workflow logic for product integration.
- Balance active coding with collaboration with product owners and architects.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best engineering practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
- Expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of Angular.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure Dev Ops.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience across all phases of software and testing lifecycle.
