QA Automation Engineer (Remote Development):
Designing and implementing automated testing scenarios across multiple platforms for developer tools with an accent on expanding test coverage, monitoring execution, and debugging failures. Focus on optimizing test execution time, improving automation stability, and defining quality metrics for critical products.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests (UI, E2E, functional, and integration) across Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, and WSL.
• Expand test coverage for new and existing functionality and monitor execution results.
• Debug and troubleshoot test failures, distinguishing product issues from infrastructure problems.
• Improve test automation stability, contribute to frameworks, and optimize execution time.
• Report and verify bugs, participate in release quality assessments, and collaborate on testability.
• Define and track quality metrics, identify coverage gaps, and improve CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven experience in test automation.
• Solid programming skills in Kotlin or Java and a good understanding of JVM.
• Experience with test frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Team City or similar) and Git.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to isolate root causes and distinguish product bugs from environment issues.

• Experience testing developer tools, IDEs, and desktop applications.
• Experience building automated testing infrastructure and processes.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Experience in manual testing.
