ServiceNow FSM Developer

Overview

Service Now FSM Developer role in a leading technology and services organization.

Location:

Vienna, VA or Remote (EST VA area). Pay range is listed by the client. The IT Solutions department supports the Service Now platform; the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving, effective communication, and adaptability.

• Design and develop Service Now FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Agent/Dispatcher Workspace
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts to meet enterprise standards
• Customize FSM modules such as Service Territories, Capacity & Scheduling, and Work Order Tasks
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server
• Support mobile configuration and offline capabilities for field agents, ensuring seamless user experience

• 7+ years of Service Now development experience with hands-on expertise in FSM modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
• Experience with Service Now platform components such as Incident, CMDB, and Asset (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and adherence to best practices for platform development
