Senior Frontend Engineer (Fintech):
Leading the development of complex web applications for award-winning trading platforms with an accent on performance, accessibility, and infrastructure understanding. Focus on designing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing HTTP caching, handling real-time data, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Hybrid in Kraków, Poland (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

Lead the development of complex web features for award-winning trading platforms.
Understand and maintain cloud infrastructure for web deployments (e.g., AWS Cloud Front, S3, Route 53).
Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines for web applications.
Implement and tune HTTP caching strategies and CDN configurations for fast experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Requirements

5+ years of professional React development experience delivering production web applications.
Strong expertise in JavaScript/Type Script, modern React patterns, state management, and web platform fundamentals.
Experience with setting up and managing deployments of web applications.
Strong understanding of HTTP caching and optimising web application performance.
Experience building and optimising CI/CD pipelines for web deployments.
Experience with real-time data handling and Web Socket connections.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and an AI-positive mindset.
Strong English-language communication skills
