Software Engineer Lead

Position Overview

Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization. Based in Cummings, GA with optional remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval. No visa sponsorship will be provided.

• Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Prepare technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• University or college degree, or equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service).

University or college degree required. 3+ years of relevant experience. If no degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience may be considered.
