Engineering Manager- Python, React​/Angular-US Product Co.-Remote

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software projects on time.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical strategy.
• Oversee Agile execution, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Champion engineering best practices, including code quality, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native development.
• Balance new feature development, platform improvements, technical debt, and operational support.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• 12+ years of software development experience with 3-5 years in an Engineering Manager role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and React and/or Angular.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Cloud Watch).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
