, the enterprise tokenization platform powering the next generation of tokenized assets, stable coins, securities, funds, commodities, and real‑world assets (RWAs). Hadron enables financial institutions, asset managers, exchanges, governments, and enterprises to issue, manage, and operate regulated digital assets across multiple blockchain networks while integrating compliance, permissions, and operational workflows.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the core infrastructure behind Hadron. You will work on tokenization engines, blockchain integrations, permissions frameworks, issuance workflows, compliance tooling, and enterprise APIs used by institutional clients worldwide. This is a hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges at the intersection of blockchain, financial infrastructure, and enterprise software.

• Design, build, and maintain the backend services powering Hadron’s tokenization platform
• Develop APIs supporting asset issuance, lifecycle management, corporate actions, and token operations
• Build scalable infrastructure for institutional‑grade tokenization workflows
• Contribute to the evolution of Hadron’s architecture and core platform capabilities
