GovCIO is looking for an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This role is mostly remote but may require occasional visits to the DC location.
You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, mentor other developers, and focus on AI features in Dynamics including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and Doc Intelligence, delivering high-quality solutions with robust SDLC documentation.
