GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. This mostly remote role may require occasional trips to the DC location, with a focus on AI features in Dynamics including Copilot Studio, IVR, and Chat.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience (or commensurate) with Power Platform/Portals, and strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, and SDLC documentation. Public Trust clearance is required.
