Software Engineering Consultant

80% travel to office - travel location to be determined after interview | 20% work from home

Pay: $65 - $75/hr W2

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience
• Experience with cloud + modern tooling (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience with backend frameworks and databases (Django/Flask, SQL)
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in client-facing environments

• Translate client needs into scalable engineering solutions
• Build and deploy production-ready applications
• Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on architecture and product decisions
• Travel to client sites up to 80% across the U.S.

• Consulting exposure across multiple clients and industries

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
