We are a rapidly growing software company based in Akron seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will work closely with our team to understand project requirements and create high‑quality, efficient code to meet those requirements. This is a contract position with the potential for full‑time employment.

• Designing and implementing software solutions that meet project requirements.
• Writing efficient, maintainable code using Java, C++ or Python.
• Conducting thorough testing of software applications to identify and fix bugs or issues.
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and debug code.
• Maintaining and updating existing software systems as needed.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in software development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in software development, preferably 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++ or Python.
• Experience with database management (SQL).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
