The Senior Software Engineer will implement complex software systems, lead development projects, and provide technical expertise. The role will contribute to software architecture and product innovation, lead the design and development of significant software features or projects, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements, improve products, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to debug and improve software products.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high‑quality code standards.
- Assist in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the team.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and software architecture.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, code comments, and clear, efficient code.
- Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training.
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in a full‑stack environment.
- Excellent communication and technical influencing skills.
- Experience with Agile principles.
This job operates in a professional office environment.
For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high‑speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
