Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software using C#, PostgreSQL, and React/Type Script.
• Participate in architectural decisions to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Write clean, well‑tested code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers around knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, or practices that improve team velocity or code quality.
• Participate in technical planning sessions and contribute to feature specifications.
• Implement comprehensive testing, debugging, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response when needed.
• Contribute to system reliability initiatives and improve code quality.

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#, PostgreSQL, React/Type Script, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience in SaaS product development, preferably in automotive or related industry.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and self‑driven ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality software on time and mentoring other developers.
