Capital One is seeking a Senior Distinguished AI Engineer for the Agentic AI Platform, enabling responsible and scalable AI across banking products. You will partner with engineers, scientists, and PMs to advance agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi‑tenant policies, while developing secure SDKs and guardrails.
You will mentor engineers, publish technical designs, and help drive RFCs for memory and multimodal guardrails, with a focus on high‑leverage, production‑grade AI capabilities.
