Job Description

Lockheed Martin (LM) Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for engineering professionals to work on the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program to engineer Cross‑Domain Solution (CDS) products. This position is for a Systems Integration/Test Engineer on the Radiant Mercury product within the TSS program. Radiant Mercury is the US Navy’s premier CDS product and LM has been the prime contractor for over 20 years.

Who You Are
  • Strong background in software development, with a willingness to learn new technologies and support all phases of CDS development
  • Well‑rounded engineer experienced with software deployment, networking, system administration, and hardware
  • Collaborative team player who can work closely with systems engineers, integration and test engineers, and software engineers to coordinate tasks
  • Ready to learn necessary skills through hands‑on experience and work well in a team environment
  • Eligible for government security investigation and classified information access
The Work

Primary work location is the Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, Colorado with limited remote work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain formal test procedures to verify requirements are met; create new, manually executed procedures for new software features; update existing procedures when software changes; identify efficiency improvements and automate where possible
  • Maintain test support artifacts; create/update test packages (RPMs) required by test procedures, including test messages, configurations, OS settings, and test setup; control configuration in Git
  • Maintain requirements baseline and compliance in DOORS; update baseline to align with periodic government releases; maintain functional requirements
  • Maintain compliance status and test procedure linkage
  • Perform integration testing to informally test new features or verify bug resolution; write bugs and resolve issues with the software team
  • Work in an Agile environment; participate in feature design reviews and planning meetings; attend daily scrum meetings
