Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own and drive the quality, reliability, and evolution of AI systems in production. You will deliver major AI features end-to-end, ensure production stability, and run data-driven experiments using Langfuse, Mixpanel, and Open Router.
You will work with Next.js, Type Script, Node.js, and Redis in a squad-based organization, collaborating with product, growth, data, and billing teams to build agentic, tool-using AI workflows and robust tool contracts.
