Optum Tech is seeking engineers to design, develop, and deploy production agentic AI systems powering conversational healthcare experiences. You will build multi-agent orchestration systems and integrate LLMs with healthcare systems via GraphQL APIs and AWS App Sync.
Responsibilities include implementing guardrails for PII, compliance, and safety, plus deploying containerized workloads on AWS with IaC via Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. Remote within the U.S. is supported.
