ICON is seeking a seasoned AI Software Engineer to design and ship AI-powered tools, workflows, and autonomous agents on the construction tech platform. This remote role includes periodic travel to ICON HQ in Austin, TX as projects require.
You will own end-to-end AI feature development, build multi-agent pipelines, and mentor teams on best practices while leveraging Lang Chain, Llama Index, and cutting-edge LLM APIs to push production-grade capabilities.
