Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to build the next generation of ML research tools and agentic AI platforms.
You will design and operate large-scale offline ML experimentation systems, training orchestration, and model governance to accelerate the Ads ML lifecycle. You will partner with ML researchers to improve experimentation velocity, build scalable workflows, and enable autonomous and human-in-the-loop operations across multi-agent architectures.
