Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for Early Phase Virology and Healthy Volunteer studies. This sponsor-dedicated role supports remote US work, with a preference for Hybrid in Foster City, CA and onsite 2–3 days per week where feasible.
You will drive end-to-end study delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and lead cross-functional collaboration across pharmacology, biomarker, biostatistics, and data management teams to ensure high-quality study execution.
