This role is designed for an experienced AI Engineer passionate about building innovative, production-ready artificial intelligence solutions. You will contribute to the design and development of advanced AI systems powered by Large Language Models and modern cloud technologies. Accountabilities:
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong engineering practices. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration across teams.
- Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications, including intelligent chatbot experiences and enterprise AI solutions.
- Integrate and deploy open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) within secure private cloud environments.
- Build and maintain scalable Python backend services supporting AI-driven interactions and workflows.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows, including tool integrations, context retrieval, database querying, and external API communication.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and reliability across GPU-based environments.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and existing infrastructure to support production deployments.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems using LLM evaluation techniques and performance optimization methods.
- Develop reliable, production-grade AI solutions while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to system design decisions and promote best practices for AI engineering.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in AI engineering, backend development, and deploying intelligent systems y should demonstrate technical ownership, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in complex environments.
- Strong professional experience in AI engineering, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with open-source AI frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience deploying AI models on GPU infrastructure.
- Strong Python backend development skills for AI services and APIs.
- Experience with LLM engineering patterns, including:
- Tool calling and structured outputs.
- Retrieval systems and context management.
- Streaming responses and real-time AI interactions.
- Experience building real-time chat systems using HTTP streaming technologies such as SSE or similar solutions.
- Experience integrating AI systems with databases, APIs, and external services to enable intelligent decision-making.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, especially Azure AI and related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of AI model optimization techniques, including quantization, inference optimization, and scalability strategies.
- Understanding of modern software engineering practices and production system design.
- Strong problem-solving and system architecture skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
